The tension between the BuanaRaya and the Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥ players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, BuanaRaya's Ignatius Kuswoyo got a free kick in the 4th minute. 9 minutes into the match, BuanaRaya's goal looked a bit too open when Benedicto Lobo came free, but Thomas Muttaqien reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 12 minutes into the match, Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥'s goalkeeper Aurelio Tristan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rolly Prabowo. In the 19th minute, Rolly Prabowo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Aurelio Tristan. The goal made the score 1-0. Aurelio Tristan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ignatius Kuswoyo, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. In the 32nd minute Benedicto Lobo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thomas Muttaqien saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benedicto Lobo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 36 minutes, Agustin Elija managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Agustin Elija was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥:s Aurelio Tristan showed great skill when he stopped Rolly Prabowo:s penalty. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ichwan Alfaridzi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Aurelio Tristan came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by BuanaRaya's Rolly Prabowo. But to his dismay, Rolly Prabowo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. BuanaRaya's Thomas Muttaqien proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save BuanaRaya from getting a goal against them. Aurelio Tristan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rolly Prabowo in the 67th minute of the match. Rolly Prabowo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aurelio Tristan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rolly Prabowo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Silvestre Marcones received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Thomas Muttaqien tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 79th match minute, Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benedicto Lobo to maneuver through the defense. Ichwan Alfaridzi hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. The supporters of BuanaRaya booed when Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oscar Xabat didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 83rd minute, Flavio Urbez fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After some careless play in the Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥ defense, Rolly Prabowo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aurelio Tristan. The Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aurelio Tristan should have stopped the shot. Aurelio Tristan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ichwan Alfaridzi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 96th match minute, BuanaRaya was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rolly Prabowo to maneuver through the defense. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The BuanaRaya fans cheered their team off the field, for while Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥ had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
