An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriel Chiriloaie in the 11th minute of play forced Peluchita Fc's goalkeeper Elano Manco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Peluchita Fc's Elano Manco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Steve Deckkers in the 14th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s goalkeeper Marcel Chiriță had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Celso Viator. In the 23rd minute, Celso Viator reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Marcel Chiriță. The goal made the score 1-0. If Gabriel Chiriloaie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gabriel Chiriloaie was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Antonio Cortez came free, but Marcel Chiriță reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eulalio Gaufred took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcel Chiriță. Marcel Chiriță dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Marcel Chiriță showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Beto Camps, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Elano Manco came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s Steve Deckkers. But to his dismay, Steve Deckkers quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Antonio Cortez hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Through an outstanding action, after 70 minutes, Elano Manco successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 70 played minutes Peluchita Fc got a freekick which was hit by Elvio Bikendi. An unexpectedly hard shot by Beto Camps in the 81st minute of play forced ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s goalkeeper Marcel Chiriță to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 83 played minutes Peluchita Fc got a freekick which was hit by Nicanor Fonso. When Evaristo Abastas came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Peluchita Fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Evaristo Abastas couldn't finish the play. In the 88th match minute, ASF BAIA MARE -MM- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucrețiu Arotăriței to maneuver through the defense. Marcel Chiriță made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evaristo Abastas in the 91st minute of play. The supporters of ASF BAIA MARE -MM- booed when Peluchita Fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicanor Fonso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Maxim Rioşanu took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 97th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Elano Manco. Peluchita Fc's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
