Vihren Bozhanov's late challenge caught a Valdieri's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vihren Bozhanov helped the player get up and apologised. After 11 played minutes VN SOKOLI-VARNA got a freekick which was hit by Vihren Bozhanov. Andrea Reggianini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Haralampi Kúrkelanov having to interfere. When the match clock showed 17 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Rostislav Sitarski sped through Valdieri's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Emiliano Cara. After 19 minutes of play, VN SOKOLI-VARNA's Vihren Bozhanov made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Emiliano Cara was left in no man's land by his defense there! 23 minutes into the game, VN SOKOLI-VARNA's Vihren Bozhanov nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Emiliano Cara made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. 26 minutes into the match, Valdieri's goal looked a bit too open when Rostislav Sitarski came free, but Emiliano Cara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Valdieri defense, Valentin Krotev kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Emiliano Cara. The Valdieri fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Emiliano Cara should have stopped the shot. Vihren Bozhanov scored 0-6 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Emiliano Cara, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Emiliano Cara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rostislav Sitarski, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Emiliano Cara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valentin Krotev in the 39th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rostislav Sitarski in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Emiliano Cara prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Vihren Bozhanov scored 0-7 in the 42nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Emiliano Cara, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-7.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rostislav Sitarski was the one to do the kick off. When the match had gone on for 58 minutes, Valentin Krotev took a quick shot and it went in 0-9 without a chance for Emiliano Cara to make any attempt to save it. In the 61st minute, Vihren Bozhanov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Valdieri's Emiliano Cara proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Valdieri from getting a goal against them. Emiliano Cara made an important save on a dangerous shot by Valentin Krotev in the 66th minute. A hard shot 71 in the game by Rostislav Sitarski from a close distance when the talented Emiliano Cara managed to make a qualified save. Valdieri's players were relieved. After 76th play minutes Vihren Bozhanov shot 0-11, a short shot which went by Emiliano Cara and just under the crossbar into goal. Vihren Bozhanov scored 0-12 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Emiliano Cara, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 83rd minute Vihren Bozhanov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emiliano Cara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 84th minute, Valentin Krotev left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The VN SOKOLI-VARNA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-13. 91 minutes into the match, Gercho Nenchovski notched a goal, 0-14, to the right of Valdieri's Emiliano Cara. Emiliano Cara was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. VN SOKOLI-VARNA played a much better game than Valdieri and deserved their victory. The Valdieri players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
