Yao Yang Peng showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Caio Boldrini, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. In the 22nd minute Amadeo Tuste shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yao Yang Peng saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Vidlákov SK's Luboš Koukal got a free kick in the 23rd minute. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Palmeiras made a substitution. Nilton Soeiro replaced Caio Boldrini. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Yao Yang Peng yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. Luboš Koukal charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luboš Koukal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Mor Vidlák blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Carlos Augusto Recife having to make a save. Jonas Torres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Yao Yang Peng tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yao Yang Peng showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amadeo Tuste in the 72nd minute of the match. With a little luck, Vidlákov SK's Yao Yang Peng got control of the ball when Nilton Soeiro tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amadeo Tuste in the 85th minute of play forced Vidlákov SK's goalkeeper Yao Yang Peng to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carlos Augusto Recife made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristoforo Pelliccia in the 86th minute of play. Cristoforo Pelliccia hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Tião Tróia succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-7 in the 95th playminute.
