Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Valentín Bello started the match with the kick off. Celso Nascimento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teodovico Chandia having to interfere. In the 9th minute, Ornitorrincos F.C.'s Natalio Aranibar seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Natalio Aranibar the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Ornitorrincos F.C. protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Natalio Aranibar had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. A collision led to Ornitorrincos F.C. getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Natalio Aranibar hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Ornitorrincos F.C.'s zone, Pedro Luiz Teles stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Teodovico Chandia came out of the goal and Pedro Luiz Teles tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Teodovico Chandia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Belmiro Monteiro in the 12th minute of play. Aquiles Leonidas hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Cipriano Ancavil's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Luís Fábio Silveira read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. Ornitorrincos F.C.'s Teodovico Chandia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celso Nascimento in the 19th minute of play. Alipio Garbiso struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Luís Fábio Silveira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ornitorrincos F.C.. The crowd rose to their feet as Ornitorrincos F.C.'s José Carlos Zapata slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Luís Fábio Silveira. That made the score 2-0 after 24 minutes of play. Luís Fábio Silveira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from José Carlos Zapata in the 28th minute of the match. Modestio Jina received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Luís Fábio Silveira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aquiles Leonidas to make the kick off. Cipriano Ancavil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by José Carlos Zapata in the 57th minute of play forced Flamengo FSCMZ's goalkeeper Luís Fábio Silveira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luís Fábio Silveira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cipriano Ancavil in the 60th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Modestio Jina managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ornitorrincos F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Modestio Jina was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luís Fábio Silveira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With an all-out effort, Flamengo FSCMZ's Teodovico Chandia threw himself towards the right post 67 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Aquiles Leonidas, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Luís Fábio Silveira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Modestio Jina in the 68th minute of the match. Luís Fábio Silveira came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Ornitorrincos F.C.'s Cipriano Ancavil. But to his dismay, Cipriano Ancavil quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. In the 75th minute Modestio Jina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luís Fábio Silveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Flamengo FSCMZ's Belmiro Monteiro got a free kick in the 80th minute. Luís Fábio Silveira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from José Carlos Zapata in the 86th minute of the match. Aquiles Leonidas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 91st match minute, Ornitorrincos F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Angelillo Fuente to maneuver through the defense. Luís Fábio Silveira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Modestio Jina in the 95th minute of play. Luís Fábio Silveira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from José Carlos Zapata, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Ornitorrincos F.C.'s fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
