In the 12th minute Alipio Garbiso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Placido Bilintx saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eloy Theodore during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After some careless play in the Freezerpool FC defense, Cipriano Ancavil kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Placido Bilintx. The Freezerpool FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Placido Bilintx should have stopped the shot. Adam Urbina charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Adam Urbina the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Freezerpool FC booed when Ornitorrincos F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adam Urbina didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Harrie Kane in the 24th minute of play forced Ornitorrincos F.C.'s goalkeeper César Bertrand to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Harrie Kane hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Freezerpool FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alipio Garbiso was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Placido Bilintx took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cipriano Ancavil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Freezerpool FC's Tiburcio Inautzi got a free kick in the 90th minute. Ornitorrincos F.C.'s Adam Urbina got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 93 minutes into the game, Ornitorrincos F.C.'s Alipio Garbiso nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Placido Bilintx made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Placido Bilintx showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cipriano Ancavil, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Ornitorrincos F.C.'s supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
