Floresta Negra FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jonathan Handi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Almir Carneiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patricio Frechoso in the 46th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eusebio Veronica made a kick off. Gabriel Freire blasted a shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Candido Quinteros having to make a save. 58 minutes into the match, Floresta Negra FC's goalkeeper Almir Carneiro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cecilio Felipillo. A hard shot 59 in the game by Eusebio Veronica from a close distance when the talented Almir Carneiro managed to make a qualified save. Floresta Negra FC's players were relieved. Cecilio Felipillos short, quick shot in the 60thth minute got Almir Carneiro to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 62 minutes into the game, Acratas Unidos's Cecilio Felipillo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Almir Carneiro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Almir Carneiro was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Cecilio Felipillo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 69 minute of play. After 75 played minutes Acratas Unidos got a freekick which was hit by Eusebio Veronica. Cecilio Felipillo struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Almir Carneiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Acratas Unidos. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauro Proença in the 79th minute of play forced Acratas Unidos's goalkeeper Candido Quinteros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Acratas Unidos's Candido Quinteros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel Freire in the 85th minute of play. After 86 played minutes Acratas Unidos got a freekick which was hit by Cecilio Felipillo. Almir Carneiro was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Eusebio Veronica showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 89 minute of play. The Floresta Negra FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Acratas Unidos were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
