When Teodovico Martens fell near the penalty area in the 2nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored C.F. Leftraro's protests and gave Teodovico Martens a yellow card for diving instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Didi Cabral managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jovens Democratas MZC's supporters rose to their feet, but Didi Cabral was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Juan Ignacio González breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giuseppe Negri in the 5th minute of play forced C.F. Leftraro's goalkeeper Juan Ignacio González to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 9th match minute, Jovens Democratas MZC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Didi Cabral to maneuver through the defense. Juan Ignacio González made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Scarcella in the 12th minute of play. When Jovens Democratas MZC's Frank Scarcella in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye C.F. Leftraro's goalie prevented a goal. C.F. Leftraro's Juan Ignacio González played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erasmo de Godoi in the 18th minute of play. In the 22nd minute Giuseppe Negri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Ignacio González saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jovens Democratas MZC's Murillo Pinho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Loreno Mac Intyre in the 26th minute of play. In the 26th minute, C.F. Leftraro's Loreno Mac Intyre dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. After 30 played minutes Jovens Democratas MZC got a freekick which was hit by Charles Eger. Juan Ignacio González took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erasmo de Godoi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Jovens Democratas MZC's Frank Scarcella in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye C.F. Leftraro's goalie prevented a goal. Murillo Pinho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fausto Llamllam in the 38th minute of the match. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Frank Scarcella stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, C.F. Leftraro's goalkeeper Juan Ignacio González had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maicon de Amorim. With an all-out effort, Jovens Democratas MZC's Juan Ignacio González threw himself towards the right post 54 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Giuseppe Negri, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Juan Ignacio González showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Scarcella, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. A collision led to Jovens Democratas MZC getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Didi Cabral hit a great ball. A hard shot 57 in the game by Maicon de Amorim from a close distance when the talented Juan Ignacio González managed to make a qualified save. C.F. Leftraro's players were relieved. The supporters of Jovens Democratas MZC booed when C.F. Leftraro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ambrosio Scheuermann didn't get a good kick on the ball. Maicon de Amorim could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Juan Ignacio González made a huge save. In the 62nd minute Abel Dracena shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Ignacio González saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 63 played minutes C.F. Leftraro got a freekick which was hit by Fausto Llamllam. Maicon de Amorim recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With his leg Juan Ignacio González managed to avoid a goal in the 73rdth minute, when Jovens Democratas MZC's Erasmo de Godoi fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Frank Scarcella fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juan Ignacio González having to interfere. Jovens Democratas MZC's Gilson Barros was substituted for Didi Cabral. Jovens Democratas MZC's Jeremias Britto was substituted for Maicon de Amorim. In the 78th match minute, Jovens Democratas MZC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abel Dracena to maneuver through the defense. In the 79th minute, Jovens Democratas MZC's Rodriguinho Vander dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Juan Ignacio González showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jeremias Britto in the 82nd minute of the match. In the 89th minute, Jeremias Britto left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Jovens Democratas MZC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Abel Dracena kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. After 93 minutes, Jeremias Britto made it 1-3 with a short kick to the right side. C.F. Leftraro's Juan Ignacio González tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Frank Scarcella blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Juan Ignacio González having to make a save. When the final whistle sounded Jovens Democratas MZC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than C.F. Leftraro.
