Nightmare's Witold Pryla got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aaron Chevalier hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Myroslav Zanevskyi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dominic Orcondona took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Witold Pryla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aaron Chevalier hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. 25 minutes into the match, Philadelphia Union FC's goal looked a bit too open when Witold Pryla came free, but Dominic Orcondona reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dominic Orcondona showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marco Benitez, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Dominic Orcondona made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aaron Chevalier in the 30th minute of play. In the 34th minute Ronaldo 吴鹏 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dominic Orcondona saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Philadelphia Union FC getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Lev Voinarovskyi hit a great ball. Dominic Orcondona showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ronaldo 吴鹏 in the 37th minute of the match. 37 minutes into the match, Philadelphia Union FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ronaldo 吴鹏 came free, but Dominic Orcondona reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Myroslav Zanevskyi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edmund Lenertej read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. The corner led Philadelphia Union FC's Belmiro Paris to fire away a dangerous shot which Edmund Lenertej despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Nightmare's Witold Pryla suffered a sore thigh after 46 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Nazariy Boyko charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nazariy Boyko the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Nightmare made a substitution. Ademir de Sena replaced Witold Pryla. In the 48th match minute, Philadelphia Union FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nazariy Boyko to maneuver through the defense. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ademir de Sena to make the kick off. Marco Benitez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Dominic Orcondona tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 71st minute, Lev Voinarovskyi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nightmare's Taka Jachvadze was substituted for Ronaldo 吴鹏. Philadelphia Union FC's Denys Karmalita was substituted for Myroslav Zanevskyi. Nightmare's Wiktor Fink was substituted for Guy Grimault. Philadelphia Union FC's Valentyn Boyaryntsev was substituted for Belmiro Paris. A collision led to Nightmare getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Taka Jachvadze hit a great ball. Geoff Turner scored 0-2 in the 81st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dominic Orcondona, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 0-3 became the score in the 85th minute when Ademir de Sena elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 87 minutes into the game, Denys Karmalita was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Philadelphia Union FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nightmare the free kick. After a rather tough play, Philadelphia Union FC's Artem Skomorokha got a free kick in the 88th minute. Dominic Orcondona stood somewhat misplaced when Ademir de Sena came free in front of goal and shot 0-4 to the left of him in the 89 minute. If Marco Benitez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nightmare's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
