The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd minute, Tadeu Prestes made a precise shot to the right of Miromir Mikulski. Olimpia HSB's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Miromir Mikulski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Francisco da Cunha went, in the 8th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. 13 minutes into the match, Olimpia HSB's goal looked a bit too open when Enrique Lara came free, but Miromir Mikulski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 14 minutes into the match, Francisco da Cunha had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Miromir Mikulski. Olimpia HSB's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Francisco da Cunha was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Hamilton Luis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Miromir Mikulski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hamilton Luis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Carlos Leclerc took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damian Grucza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. But to his dismay, Francisco da Cunha quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

A collision led to Olimpia HSB getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Olgierd Wielgopolski hit a great ball. Ulryk Tarka kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Jeremias Linhares managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jumeuc Futebol Clube's supporters rose to their feet, but Jeremias Linhares was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Miromir Mikulski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Carlos Leclerc took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zbigniew Galagan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Olimpia HSB's Miromir Mikulski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enrique Lara in the 86th minute of play. The supporters of Olimpia HSB booed when Jumeuc Futebol Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tadeu Prestes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Francisco da Cunha scored 0-7 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Miromir Mikulski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jumeuc Futebol Clube's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
