Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Orlando de Andrade started the match with the kick off. Silvério Netto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arkadiusz Czajkowski in the 4th minute of the match. Adrianinho de Salles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Miromir Mikulski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Silvério Netto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damian Grucza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damian Grucza in the 10th minute of play forced Academia Militar MZ's goalkeeper Silvério Netto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Orlando de Andrade might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Miromir Mikulski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Orlando de Andrade ran back to his position shaking his head. If Toninho Dias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Silvério Netto made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Zbigniew Galagan sent off a good shot on target. In the 18th minute, Orlando de Andrade left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Academia Militar MZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 23rd minute, one of Academia Militar MZ:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Academia Militar MZ. Silvério Netto had in the 25thth minute some difficulties stopping Arkadiusz Czajkowski's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his right side, but he still managed to hold the ball Arkadiusz Czajkowski did an outstanding performance 25 minutes into the match, when he by himself got past the opposing team's defense and with a quick scored 1-1 to the right of an irritated Silvério Netto in the goal. Adrianinho de Salles's late challenge caught a Olimpia HSB's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adrianinho de Salles helped the player get up and apologised. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damian Grucza in the 34th minute of play forced Academia Militar MZ's goalkeeper Silvério Netto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 35 minutes into the match, Academia Militar MZ's goalkeeper Silvério Netto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marek Sitko. In the 36th minute Adrianinho de Salles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miromir Mikulski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Academia Militar MZ's Silvério Netto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arkadiusz Czajkowski in the 38th minute of play. Miromir Mikulski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Toninho Dias's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Damian Grucza was the one to do the kick off. Silvério Netto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arkadiusz Czajkowski in the 52nd minute of play. 53 minutes into the game, Arkadiusz Czajkowski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Silvério Netto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Toninho Dias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Miromir Mikulski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rogério Gaúcho in the 65th minute. In the 66th minute of the match Academia Militar MZ got a corner. Olimpia HSB's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Dedé Carneiro ran over to the corner to take the kick. Academia Militar MZ's Dedé Carneiro was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Miromir Mikulski in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After 72 played minutes Academia Militar MZ got a freekick which was hit by Marcos de Senna. After 73 played minutes, Olimpia HSB's Arkadiusz Czajkowski shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Silvério Netto came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Olimpia HSB reached it. Rogério Gaúcho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marek Sitko scored 3-1 in the 81st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Silvério Netto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Silvério Netto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arkadiusz Czajkowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. In the 88th match minute, Academia Militar MZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcos de Senna to maneuver through the defense. Olimpia HSB's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
