Borja Colidio in the 3rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Emil Zátopek, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Internacional Pechofrío's attentive Jakob Ingebrigtsen managed to snatch the ball when Romulo Elazar made a throw-in in the 4th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in River Plate ® 9-12's zone, Jakob Ingebrigtsen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pablo-Enrique Escobar came out of the goal and Jakob Ingebrigtsen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Internacional Pechofrío's Emil Zátopek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dexter Morgan in the 19th minute of play. 22 minutes into the match, Internacional Pechofrío's goalkeeper Emil Zátopek had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Angelo Corderall. A sloppy throw-in by Remigio Salbatore in the 27th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Internacional Pechofrío's Jakob Ingebrigtsen. When the match clock showed 29 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Harrison McCann sped through River Plate ® 9-12's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Pablo-Enrique Escobar. Emil Zátopek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Borja Colidio in the 37th minute of the match. After 38 minutes, Romulo Elazar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the River Plate ® 9-12 and the Internacional Pechofrío players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Internacional Pechofrío booed when River Plate ® 9-12 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Romulo Elazar didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Harrison McCann in the 39th minute of play forced River Plate ® 9-12's goalkeeper Pablo-Enrique Escobar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 41 minutes into the game, Jakob Ingebrigtsen threw the ball into play from the sideline. River Plate ® 9-12's Nemesio Frisco quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Harrison McCann made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Borja Colidio in the 56th minute of play forced Internacional Pechofrío's goalkeeper Emil Zátopek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 56 minutes into the match, Internacional Pechofrío's goal looked a bit too open when Borja Colidio came free, but Emil Zátopek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Borja Colidio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Emil Zátopek read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. After 72 played minutes Internacional Pechofrío got a freekick which was hit by Jakob Ingebrigtsen. Dexter Morgan, 73 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Emil Zátopek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Borja Colidio, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. With a little luck, River Plate ® 9-12's Pablo-Enrique Escobar got control of the ball when Harrison McCann tried to sneak it across the goal line. Emil Zátopek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angelo Corderall in the 93rd minute of the match.
