Los Colegas del Barrio's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. The audience was convinced that Manuel Amânaloae's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marco Gonzalez was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. After 6 minutes, Antonio Canal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Los Colegas del Barrio and the Alexandria Team08 players grew even worse after the yellow card. The Los Colegas del Barrio fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marco Gonzalez should have stopped the shot. 16 minutes into the match, Manuel Amânaloae had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marco Gonzalez. Los Colegas del Barrio's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Manuel Amânaloae was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. 20 minutes into the match, Los Colegas del Barrio's goal looked a bit too open when Manuel Amânaloae came free, but Marco Gonzalez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 31 minutes into the match, Alexandria Team08's goal looked a bit too open when Nahia Sierra came free, but Unai Simon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tiberiu Iuga missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 49 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Marco Gonzalez right hand side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 6-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Manuel Amânaloae to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Los Colegas del Barrio's zone, Manuel Amânaloae stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marco Gonzalez came out of the goal and Manuel Amânaloae tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 55 minutes into the game, Bogdan Goma cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Marco Gonzalez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Los Colegas del Barrio's Marco Gonzalez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manuel Amânaloae in the 61st minute of play. 64 minutes into the game, Manuel Amânaloae cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Marco Gonzalez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Los Colegas del Barrio made a substitution. Leo Dorado replaced Josepe Mangas. Alexandria Team08's Bogdan Goma got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bogdan Goma in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marco Gonzalez saved Los Colegas del Barrio from getting behind. When Eutropio Harroyo came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Los Colegas del Barrio fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eutropio Harroyo couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bogdan Goma during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Los Colegas del Barrio booed when Alexandria Team08 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bogdan Goma didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 84thth minute of the game Manuel Amânaloae who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Los Colegas del Barrio's Marco Gonzalez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 85 minutes into the match, Los Colegas del Barrio's goal looked a bit too open when Manuel Amânaloae came free, but Marco Gonzalez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Manuel Amânaloae in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marco Gonzalez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bogdan Goma was shown his second yellow card after 91 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 92nd match minute, Alexandria Team08 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bogdan Goma to maneuver through the defense. Alexandria Team08's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
