Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Rune Möllgren started the match with the kick off. Rudolf Söderberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cássio Aparecido in the 3rd minute of play. After 3 minutes, Rasmus Beckman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Buksvinens IF and the Nova Iguaçu MZFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Nova Iguaçu MZFC booed when Buksvinens IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rasmus Beckman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nova Iguaçu MZFC's Lúcio Domingues played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rune Möllgren in the 7th minute of play. During the 11th minute of the match Rasmus Beckman completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Rasmus Beckman a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 11th minute, Rasmus Beckman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Elói Senna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Elói Senna's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rudolf Söderberg was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. After 19 played minutes Buksvinens IF got a freekick which was hit by Lars Nilsson. Rudolf Söderberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cássio Aparecido, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Cássio Aparecido struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Rudolf Söderberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nova Iguaçu MZFC. Inge Isaksson kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Rudolf Söderberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elói Senna in the 27th minute of play. After having played for 32 minutes, Edward Gummeson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Buksvinens IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edward Gummeson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 35 minutes into the match, Buksvinens IF's goal looked a bit too open when Luiz Fábio Leme came free, but Rudolf Söderberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Torres Mo during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Buksvinens IF booed when Nova Iguaçu MZFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Torres Mo didn't get a good kick on the ball. The supporters of Nova Iguaçu MZFC booed when Buksvinens IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Inge Isaksson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Elói Senna in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rudolf Söderberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Buksvinens IF players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Nova Iguaçu MZFC were winning 0-2.

After 51 played minutes Buksvinens IF got a freekick which was hit by Charles Godholm. After recieving a nice pass, Nova Iguaçu MZFC's Elói Senna tried to score from far away in the 51st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Rudolf Söderberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomás Marques in the 58th minute of play. Buksvinens IF's Rudolf Söderberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Buksvinens IF from getting a goal against them. After 61 played minutes Nova Iguaçu MZFC got a freekick which was hit by Torres Mo. Luisão Matorin hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. A collision led to Nova Iguaçu MZFC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Tomás Marques hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Nova Iguaçu MZFC's zone, Lars Nilsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lúcio Domingues came out of the goal and Lars Nilsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Nova Iguaçu MZFC booed when Buksvinens IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lars Nilsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Buksvinens IF's zone, Elói Senna stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rudolf Söderberg came out of the goal and Elói Senna tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 72nd minute of the match Nova Iguaçu MZFC got a corner. Buksvinens IF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Elói Senna ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Elói Senna got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Rudolf Söderberg quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Nova Iguaçu MZFC's Lúcio Domingues played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Villiam Lindkvist in the 76th minute of play. Buksvinens IF's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Luiz Fábio Leme 78 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-3. After a rather tough play, Nova Iguaçu MZFC's Paulo Martini got a free kick in the 80th minute. Cássio Aparecido scored 0-4 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rudolf Söderberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Lúcio Domingues showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edward Gummeson in the 96th minute of the match.
