Zebastian Lindholm helped the player get up and apologised. The crowd rose to their feet as Nacional's Giro Horduña slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jörgen Gummeson. That made the score 2-0 after 19 minutes of play. Jörgen Gummeson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Giro Horduña in the 23rd minute of play. Nacional's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ronald Araújo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jörgen Gummeson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cordarrol Chamochin in the 85th minute of the match. Zebastian Lindholm could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Katia Villalobos made a huge save. Jörgen Gummeson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Giro Horduña, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ronald Araújo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jörgen Gummeson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Nacional fully deserved thier win.
