Buksvinens IF's Rudolf Söderberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kristian Bergqvist in the 2nd minute of play. With a little luck, Buksvinens IF's Rudolf Söderberg got control of the ball when Kurt Hamrin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rudolf Söderberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claude Makélélé in the 6th minute of the match. 8 minutes into the match, Buksvinens IF's goal looked a bit too open when Freddie Stenberg came free, but Rudolf Söderberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kurt Hamrin got free with Rudolf Söderberg in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Freddie Stenberg struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Rudolf Söderberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for IFK Gladdarna. Rudolf Söderberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claude Makélélé in the 25th minute of the match. Rudolf Söderberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claude Makélélé in the 26th minute of play. In the 32nd minute, Rasmus Beckman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 36th minute, Kurt Hamrin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The IFK Gladdarna fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Kurt Hamrin let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 40th minute shot 3-0 at rihgt post. 44 minutes into the game, IFK Gladdarna's Freddie Stenberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rudolf Söderberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0.

If Kurt Hamrin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 54th minute, Freddie Stenberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The IFK Gladdarna fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Kurt Hamrin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rudolf Söderberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Freddie Stenberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rudolf Söderberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kurt Hamrin in the 68th minute of the match. In the 69th minute IFK Gladdarna were awarded a corner. Victor Gunnarsson went to the cornerflag to take it. Victor Gunnarsson made a great header on IFK Gladdarna's corner, it was just that Buksvinens IF's Rudolf Söderberg managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 72nd minute Claude Makélélé shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rudolf Söderberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Buksvinens IF's goalie and right to Kurt Hamrin. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Buksvinens IF's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. If Kurt Hamrin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 81st minute Freddie Stenberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rudolf Söderberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Stefan Olsmann managed to get in a good position for a shot. IFK Gladdarna's supporters rose to their feet, but Stefan Olsmann was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rudolf Söderberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 84 minutes, Gilbert Westerstrand mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Buksvinens IF and the IFK Gladdarna players grew even worse after the yellow card. After some careless play in the Buksvinens IF defense, Kurt Hamrin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rudolf Söderberg. The Buksvinens IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rudolf Söderberg should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that Claude Makélélé's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rudolf Söderberg was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Buksvinens IF's zone, Freddie Stenberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rudolf Söderberg came out of the goal and Freddie Stenberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Buksvinens IF's Villiam Lindkvist got a free kick in the 96th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 97th minute, Victor Gunnarsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. IFK Gladdarna's supporters rose to their feet, but Victor Gunnarsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rudolf Söderberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee ended the match the IFK Gladdarna players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
