With a little luck, Punk Fiction's Clemente Nikola got control of the ball when Marc Richter tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 10th match minute, Punk Fiction was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvano Dalmu to maneuver through the defense. Clemente Nikola took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eckard Döngelli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 13 minutes into the match, Punk Fiction's goal looked a bit too open when Halldor Sönksen came free, but Clemente Nikola reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Clemente Nikola showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eckard Döngelli in the 21st minute of the match. In the 24th minute, Benjamin Curcio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benjamin Curcio hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Punk Fiction's Clemente Nikola proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Punk Fiction from getting a goal against them. Punk Fiction's Silvano Dalmu managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Willi Rau in the 41 minute of the game. Tim Wiese took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emilio Ticho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Emilio Ticho to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Marc Richter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clemente Nikola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emilio Ticho received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Punk Fiction's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SV Bad Harzburg the free kick. Silvano Dalmu hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Punk Fiction succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though SV Bad Harzburg had controlled the match.
