The referee ignored Sjötorp IF's protests and gave Tarmo Ollonen a yellow card for diving instead. After 9 played minutes Sjötorp IF got a freekick which was hit by Tarmo Ollonen. Hokky Mur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from İlker Aydemir, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Hockeysnubbarnas BK getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Måns Forsberg hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Hockeysnubbarnas BK's zone, Tarmo Ollonen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hokky Mur came out of the goal and Tarmo Ollonen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 22 minutes into the match, Sjötorp IF's goal looked a bit too open when Karl Åkesson came free, but Chris Nordås reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 25 minutes into the match, Hockeysnubbarnas BK's goal looked a bit too open when İlker Aydemir came free, but Hokky Mur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Peter Sjöö made a great header on Sjötorp IF's corner, it was just that Hockeysnubbarnas BK's Hokky Mur managed to reach the ball for a save. A collision led to Hockeysnubbarnas BK getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Egon Eliasson hit a great ball. In the 31st minute, Ruslan Voronkov left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sjötorp IF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Hjalmar Dalman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Hokky Mur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and İlker Aydemir made a kick off. After 51 minutes, Nils-Åke Runberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sjötorp IF and the Hockeysnubbarnas BK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 51 played minutes Sjötorp IF got a freekick which was hit by Nils-Åke Runberg. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andréas Ek in the 52nd minute of play forced Sjötorp IF's goalkeeper Chris Nordås to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Hockeysnubbarnas BK booed when Sjötorp IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Peter Sjöö didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Hockeysnubbarnas BK getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Frank Jakobsson hit a great ball. Hokky Mur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ruslan Voronkov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 66 minutes into the match, Sjötorp IF's goalkeeper Chris Nordås had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Frank Jakobsson. Hokky Mur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from İlker Aydemir, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Hokky Mur stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of İlker Aydemir's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. 74 minutes into the game, Karl Åkesson recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Chris Nordås. Karl Åkesson showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Hokky Mur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nils-Åke Runberg in the 77th minute of the match. 91 minutes into the match, İlker Aydemir had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hokky Mur. Hockeysnubbarnas BK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that İlker Aydemir was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Hokky Mur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from İlker Aydemir in the 98th minute of the match. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Sjötorp IF fully deserved thier win.
