Patrik Björk kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. Maksymilian Szkaradek was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 6 minutes into the match. 5 minutes into the game, one of Köping:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Patrik Björk shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Hjalmar Dalman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Jack Lindgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Joakim Rosin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Sjötorp IF's Hjalmar Dalman in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Köping's goalie prevented a goal. Hjalmar Dalman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Sjötorp IF's Chris Nordås got control of the ball when Joakim Rosin tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hjalmar Dalman in the 34th minute of play forced Köping's goalkeeper Jack Lindgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Joakim Rosin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Köping's supporters rose to their feet, but Joakim Rosin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Chris Nordås breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alfred Juhlin hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Hjalmar Dalman struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Jack Lindgren didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sjötorp IF. After 44 minutes, Alex Lidström mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Köping and the Sjötorp IF players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 44th minute, Alex Lidström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Köping getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Alex Lidström hit a great ball. If Leonardo Sjöberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Köping's Jack Lindgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hjalmar Dalman in the 47th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hjalmar Dalman to make the kick off. Sjötorp IF's Chris Nordås played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alex Lidström in the 53rd minute of play. Joakim Rosin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chris Nordås having to interfere. Alex Lidström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hjalmar Dalman in the 59thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jack Lindgren, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Chris Nordås made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alex Lidström in the 62nd minute of play. Charlie Nässén kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Sjötorp IF's Chris Nordås played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alex Lidström in the 66th minute of play. Hjalmar Dalman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 71st match minute, Sjötorp IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Staffan Söderberg to maneuver through the defense. Jack Lindgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonardo Sjöberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nils-Åke Arvidsson hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Tarmo Ollonen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Chris Nordås made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joakim Rosin in the 79th minute of play. Fred Persson charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fred Persson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 87th minute, Fred Persson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hjalmar Dalmans short, quick shot in the 91stth minute got Jack Lindgren to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A collision led to Köping getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Thor Sjöberg hit a great ball. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
