The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 5th minute of the game. One of Deportivo Mandiyu:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Sporting Club Sicilia:s goal. Aurelio Abancens had in the 7thth minute some difficulties stopping Amos Giusto's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After a long run with the ball, Amos Giusto did a trick in the 7th minute in front of Deportivo Mandiyu's goalkeeper, who threw himself to the side. After that it was simple to shoot 0-1. An impressive performance by Sporting Club Sicilia's Amos Giusto! Chiquito Benítez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Gianluca Scamacca's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aurelio Abancens was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. Chiquito Benítez showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. Aurelio Abancens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carter Vago in the 33rd minute of play. In the 38thth minute of the game Cesar Teofilio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sporting Club Sicilia's Angelo Gizzi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Cesar Teofilio scored 5-2 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Angelo Gizzi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-2. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Enzo De Vecchis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Angelo Gizzi came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Deportivo Mandiyu's Cesar Teofilio. But to his dismay, Cesar Teofilio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-2. In the 58th minute, Cesar Teofilio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Angelo Gizzi was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-2. In the 65th minute, Cesar Teofilio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Deportivo Mandiyu's Carlos Fernando Cardoso was substituted for Arne Bronco. Deportivo Mandiyu's Benigno Larpe was substituted for Cesar Teofilio. Sporting Club Sicilia's Angelo Gizzi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benigno Larpe in the 69th minute of play. In the 71st minute Deportivo Mandiyu were awarded a corner. Roberto 吴勇 went to the cornerflag to take it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Benigno Larpe in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Angelo Gizzi saved Sporting Club Sicilia from getting behind. Angelo Gizzi didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Deportivo Mandiyu's Benigno Larpe shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 9-2 in the ordered_time% minute. Benigno Larpe scored 10-2 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Angelo Gizzi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Benigno Larpe in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Angelo Gizzi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Benigno Larpe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 88th minute Benigno Larpe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelo Gizzi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Sporting Club Sicilia's Armando Falcioni got a free kick in the 88th minute. 93 minutes into the match, Benigno Larpe had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Angelo Gizzi. Sporting Club Sicilia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Benigno Larpe was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 12-2. Deportivo Mandiyu walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
