Angelo Gizzi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Sporting Club Sicilia's Angelo Gizzi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roland Dankowski in the 8th minute of play. After 9 played minutes Sporting Club Sicilia got a freekick which was hit by Bernardo Belardi. In the 10th minute Fabian Falke shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelo Gizzi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Sporting Club Sicilia defense, Erdoğan Şahtürk kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Angelo Gizzi. The Sporting Club Sicilia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Angelo Gizzi should have stopped the shot. 15 minutes into the game, Fragmenty Nietoperzy's Roland Dankowski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Angelo Gizzi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. After 18 minutes, Korneliusz Olejasz made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. Sporting Club Sicilia's Angelo Gizzi tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Janusz Golembiewski hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Alisson Brasil made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Gianluca Scamacca sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Sporting Club Sicilia's zone, Korneliusz Olejasz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Angelo Gizzi came out of the goal and Korneliusz Olejasz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 27 minutes into the match, Sporting Club Sicilia's goal looked a bit too open when Roland Dankowski came free, but Angelo Gizzi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Korneliusz Olejasz in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Angelo Gizzi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bona Ba Loua in the 34th minute of play forced Sporting Club Sicilia's goalkeeper Angelo Gizzi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Angelo Gizzi came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Fragmenty Nietoperzy's Korneliusz Olejasz. But to his dismay, Korneliusz Olejasz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. When Jaak Gwiazda came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Fragmenty Nietoperzy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jaak Gwiazda couldn't finish the play. In the 45th minute Roland Dankowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelo Gizzi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 46 minutes into the game, Korneliusz Olejasz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Angelo Gizzi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-6.

Fragmenty Nietoperzy's Alfred Galagan was substituted for Jaak Gwiazda. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Roland Dankowski to make the kick off. Korneliusz Olejasz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Angelo Gizzi made a huge save. Korneliusz Olejasz was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 54th minute. Fragmenty Nietoperzy's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Angelo Gizzi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Korneliusz Olejasz's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. Angelo Gizzi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roland Dankowski in the 58th minute of play. In the 59th minute, Sporting Club Sicilia's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Fabian Falke fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After 60 played minutes Fragmenty Nietoperzy got a freekick which was hit by Bartosz Jaroch. Alfred Galagan was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 62nd minute. Fragmenty Nietoperzy's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After 65 played minutes Sporting Club Sicilia got a freekick which was hit by Armando Falcioni. The audience was convinced that Roland Dankowski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Angelo Gizzi was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. A collision led to Sporting Club Sicilia getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Armando Falcioni hit a great ball. In the 67th minute of the match Gustaw Polek sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Angelo Gizzi skillfully saved the ball. After having played for 68 minutes, Erdoğan Şahtürk managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fragmenty Nietoperzy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erdoğan Şahtürk was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Angelo Gizzi didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 69th minute, which inside left pole to 0-7. Enzo De Vecchis hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Roland Dankowski received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Angelo Gizzi came out and tried to block the shot, but Roland Dankowski slotted it home off the left post making it 0-8 in the 81st minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Roland Dankowski kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Angelo Gizzi. That made the score 0-9 in the 84 minute of play. In the 88th minute, Korneliusz Olejasz reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Angelo Gizzi. The goal made the score 0-10. When Bona Ba Loua came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Fragmenty Nietoperzy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bona Ba Loua couldn't finish the play. Angelo Gizzi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Korneliusz Olejasz in the 94th minute of play.
