The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Doriva Simões didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Osorio Ubago went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Serapio Falces's late challenge caught a CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Serapio Falces helped the player get up and apologised. After 25 played minutes JUVENTUS BIANCONERI FC got a freekick which was hit by Serapio Falces. CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Edinho Favoretto in the 27th minute. Marcel Queirós made a great header on CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's corner, it was just that JUVENTUS BIANCONERI FC's Eate Marines managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 31st minute Abel Matorin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eate Marines saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 32 played minutes JUVENTUS BIANCONERI FC got a freekick which was hit by Archibaldo Arria. Edinho Favoretto, 32 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After the first half JUVENTUS BIANCONERI FC were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Celestino Fandiño made a kick off. 52 minutes into the game, JUVENTUS BIANCONERI FC's Osorio Ubago nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Doriva Simões made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. 59 minutes into the match, CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Vito Romeu came free, but Doriva Simões reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vito Romeu in the 59th minute of play forced CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Doriva Simões to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Celestino Fandiño scored 0-6 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Doriva Simões, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Doriva Simões made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Osorio Ubago sent off a good shot on target. 69 minutes into the game, Suero Escrig recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Doriva Simões. Suero Escrig showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-7. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Celestino Fandiño in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Doriva Simões prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Reginaldo Borges kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Doriva Simões showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celestino Fandiño in the 74th minute of the match. Doriva Simões stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Celestino Fandiño's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's Bruno Paes suffered a concussion in the 79th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Osorio Ubago during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ made a substitution. Gilberto Alves replaced Bruno Paes. 81 minutes into the match, JUVENTUS BIANCONERI FC's goal looked a bit too open when Agnaldo Sampaio came free, but Eate Marines reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vito Romeu struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Doriva Simões didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for JUVENTUS BIANCONERI FC. After some careless play in the CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ defense, Vito Romeu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Doriva Simões. The CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Doriva Simões should have stopped the shot. The CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. JUVENTUS BIANCONERI FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
