UNITED GWAREK's supporters rose to their feet, but Radoslaw Rostow was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amerigo La Penna breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 10 minutes into the match, UNITED GWAREK's goalkeeper Olaf Zacharzewski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Damiano Strazzabosco. With an all-out effort, FC Mims's Olaf Zacharzewski threw himself towards the right post 11 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Damiano Strazzabosco, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. A well-hit corner resulted in Damiano Strazzabosco heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Amerigo La Penna didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edward Domaracki went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. If Damiano Strazzabosco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Olaf Zacharzewski was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Damiano Strazzabosco showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 26 minute of play. Damiano Strazzabosco struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Olaf Zacharzewski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Mims. FC Mims's Damiano Strazzabosco was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 35th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. 38 minutes into the match, UNITED GWAREK's goal looked a bit too open when Damiano Strazzabosco came free, but Olaf Zacharzewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Amerigo La Penna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cyprian Golembiewski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Olaf Zacharzewski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fabrizio Di Martino's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. When Gilbert Poremba fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored UNITED GWAREK's protests and gave Gilbert Poremba a yellow card for diving instead. In the 44th match minute, UNITED GWAREK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilbert Poremba to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damiano Strazzabosco in the 45th minute of play forced UNITED GWAREK's goalkeeper Olaf Zacharzewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.

If Pankracy Borkowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Elia Panella came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the FC Mims fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elia Panella couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in UNITED GWAREK's zone, Damiano Strazzabosco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Olaf Zacharzewski came out of the goal and Damiano Strazzabosco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Olaf Zacharzewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damiano Strazzabosco in the 96th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the FC Mims players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
