Bajen players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 4 played minutes CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Reginaldo Borges. Doriva Simões showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abraham Boyer in the 5th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Vergaray Bernabeytia's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Doriva Simões was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vergaray Bernabeytia in the 55th minute of play forced CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Doriva Simões to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bajen fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-7. When S.D. Vergaray Bernabeytia received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Doriva Simões came out and tried to block the shot, but Vergaray Bernabeytia slotted it home off the left post making it 1-8 in the 85th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vergaray Bernabeytia in the 89th minute of play forced CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Doriva Simões to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. S.D. Bajen's Jorge Baez couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ. S.D. Bajen played a much better game than CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ and deserved their victory. The CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
