The audience thought a goal was coming when Gerard van den Eede got free with 张阳竞 in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Underdogs's Jean-Paul Daalmeyer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 邱志桦 in the 9th minute of play. In the 10th match minute, ◇Mz.Dream◆ Watteau FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 谢坚松 to maneuver through the defense. 张阳竞 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Izaak Achterberg in the 17th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by 莫诚崇 in the 25th minute of play forced The Underdogs's goalkeeper Jean-Paul Daalmeyer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner led The Underdogs's Brito Montemayor to fire away a dangerous shot which 张阳竞 despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After a rather tough play, The Underdogs's Fabian Penc got a free kick in the 30th minute. 史钢明 took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 31st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jean-Paul Daalmeyer. The Underdogs's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 32nd match minute, ◇Mz.Dream◆ Watteau FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 谢坚松 to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 34 minutes, Gerard van den Eede put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of 张阳竞. After 38 minutes ◇Mz.Dream◆ Watteau FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Brito Montemayor who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Brito Montemayor got away a dangerous shot. Despite this 张阳竞 quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Gerard van den Eede might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over 张阳竞. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gerard van den Eede ran back to his position shaking his head. 40 minutes into the match, ◇Mz.Dream◆ Watteau FC's goalkeeper 张阳竞 had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gerard van den Eede. 张阳竞 stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gerard van den Eede's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Jean-Paul Daalmeyer came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by ◇Mz.Dream◆ Watteau FC's 潘迅奕. But to his dismay, 潘迅奕 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The Underdogs's Denny Polak was substituted for Teo Reintjes. ◇Mz.Dream◆ Watteau FC's 张阳竞 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gerard van den Eede in the 60th minute of play. 张阳竞 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerard van den Eede in the 65th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerard van den Eede in the 68th minute of play forced ◇Mz.Dream◆ Watteau FC's goalkeeper 张阳竞 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of ◇Mz.Dream◆ Watteau FC booed when The Underdogs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brito Montemayor didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 71st minute, Izaak Achterberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The The Underdogs fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. The referee felt a red card was in order, 80 minutes into the game, when Honorato Guter put in a rough tackle. In the 80th minute, one of The Underdogs:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for The Underdogs. Jean-Paul Daalmeyer had in the 82ndth minute some difficulties stopping 史钢明's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Jean-Paul Daalmeyer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 潘迅奕, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 85 minutes into the match, The Underdogs's goalkeeper Jean-Paul Daalmeyer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by 潘迅奕. In the 85th minute, 孔希西 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gerard van den Eede during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 87 played minutes The Underdogs got a freekick which was hit by Gerard van den Eede. 谢坚松 made in the 92nd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by 郭皓珂.
