Bernabe Oto started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Felipe Vimaro dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Yatna Tomagola, 1-0. The PINGO PINGO fans' excitement grew in the 7th match minute when PINGO PINGO's Leandro Gonzalez Pirez looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 9 played minutes AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC got a freekick which was hit by Thoyib Lunggana. Yatna Tomagola stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leandro Gonzalez Pirez's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. 16 minutes into the game, AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's Kabul Sonjaya nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Serafin Maurino made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Serafin Maurino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nadeo Effendy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 22 minutes had been played when some careless play by PINGO PINGO's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Suryo Kaunang was slow to take the kick. During this time AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's players had a chance to rest. Suryo Kaunang made a great header on AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's corner, it was just that PINGO PINGO's Serafin Maurino managed to reach the ball for a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Odoy Arisandy in the 24th minute of play forced PINGO PINGO's goalkeeper Serafin Maurino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 33rd minute Nadeo Effendy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Serafin Maurino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nadeo Effendy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zakaria Pangestu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's Yatna Tomagola played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felipe Vimaro in the 54th minute of play. 55 minutes into the match, PINGO PINGO's goal looked a bit too open when Kabul Sonjaya came free, but Serafin Maurino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Vimaro in the 58th minute of play forced AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's goalkeeper Yatna Tomagola to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 59 minutes, Otang Haruman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Otang Haruman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Otang Haruman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thoyib Lunggana charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Thoyib Lunggana the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Felipe Vimaro might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Yatna Tomagola. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Felipe Vimaro ran back to his position shaking his head. Zakaria Pangestu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Serafin Maurino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kabul Sonjaya in the 78th minute of the match. Kabul Sonjaya's late challenge caught a PINGO PINGO's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kabul Sonjaya helped the player get up and apologised. Kabul Sonjaya kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. In the 92nd match minute, PINGO PINGO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabian Cubero to maneuver through the defense. AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
