Cristopher Herndon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vidal Coya in the 6th minute of play. After 7 played minutes Inmortales FC got a freekick which was hit by Royce Dwyer. Mauro Llanez might have been able to make a better finish in the 8th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cristopher Herndon. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mauro Llanez ran back to his position shaking his head. Cristopher Herndon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mauro Llanez in the 8th minute. Mauro Llanez scored 1-0 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cristopher Herndon, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 18 minutes into the game, Mike Travis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Kevin Mier was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Severo Killer fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Carpasús FC - FDC's protests and gave Severo Killer a yellow card for diving instead. Severo Killer kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Cristopher Herndon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vidal Coya, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. When Tod Clark fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Inmortales FC's protests and gave Tod Clark a yellow card for diving instead. In the 28th match minute, Inmortales FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tod Clark to maneuver through the defense. Kevin Mier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zack Sneed, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Julio Barr was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 32 minutes into the match. 32 minutes into the game, one of Inmortales FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Cristopher Herndon had in the 34thth minute some difficulties stopping Loreto Monedero's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The throw-in from Tod Clark in the 36th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Carpasús FC - FDC's Alvaro Pares. After a rather tough play, Carpasús FC - FDC's Vidal Coya got a free kick in the 37th minute. Mauro Llanez took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cristopher Herndon. Cristopher Herndon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Inmortales FC's goalkeeper Cristopher Herndon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Inmortales FC booed when Carpasús FC - FDC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vidal Coya didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Inmortales FC's Cristopher Herndon got control of the ball when Mauro Llanez tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mauro Llanez made a kick off. In the 58th minute Mauro Llanez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristopher Herndon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carpasús FC - FDC's attentive Alvaro Pares managed to snatch the ball when Tod Clark made a throw-in in the 59th minute of the game. Vidal Coya might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cristopher Herndon. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vidal Coya ran back to his position shaking his head. Cristopher Herndon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Severo Killer in the 61st minute of the match. Mauro Llanez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cristopher Herndon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mauro Llanez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Zack Sneed managed to get in a good position for a shot. Inmortales FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Zack Sneed was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kevin Mier breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 72 minutes into the match, Carpasús FC - FDC's Mauro Llanez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cristopher Herndon narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zack Sneed in the 74th minute of play forced Carpasús FC - FDC's goalkeeper Kevin Mier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristopher Herndon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mauro Llanez, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Mauro Llanez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Cristopher Herndon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carpasús FC - FDC's Alvaro Pares managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Tod Clark in the 88 minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauro Llanez in the 89th minute of play forced Inmortales FC's goalkeeper Cristopher Herndon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 91st minute of the match Loreto Monedero shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cristopher Herndon showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Inmortales FC's Cristopher Herndon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauro Llanez in the 92nd minute of play. Cristopher Herndon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vidal Coya in the 96th minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Carpasús FC - FDC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Inmortales FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
