The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Prudentio Sasiain fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristopher Herndon having to interfere. In the 11th minute Mauro Llanez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristopher Herndon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Carpasús FC - FDC getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Vidal Coya hit a great ball. With a little luck, Carpasús FC - FDC's Kevin Mier got control of the ball when Mike Clinton tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kevin Mier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mike Clinton in the 15th minute of the match. Tod Clark kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Cristopher Herndon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauro Llanez in the 19th minute of the match. Mike Clinton hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. 22 minutes into the game, Lance Lord was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Inmortales FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Carpasús FC - FDC the free kick. A collision led to Inmortales FC getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Lance Lord hit a great ball. 23 minutes into the match, Inmortales FC's goal looked a bit too open when Loreto Monedero came free, but Cristopher Herndon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Inmortales FC's Cristopher Herndon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Prudentio Sasiain in the 29th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mike Travis in the 30th minute of play forced Carpasús FC - FDC's goalkeeper Kevin Mier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tod Clark hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Carpasús FC - FDC's Mauro Llanez got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Inmortales FC's Cristopher Herndon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Prudentio Sasiain in the 39th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Inmortales FC's zone, Mauro Llanez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristopher Herndon came out of the goal and Mauro Llanez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Prudentio Sasiain to strike the kick off in the second half. Cristopher Herndon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Prudentio Sasiain in the 52nd minute of play. After 55 played minutes Carpasús FC - FDC got a freekick which was hit by Gero Urrea. Mauro Llanez charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mauro Llanez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 56 played minutes Carpasús FC - FDC got a freekick which was hit by Mauro Llanez. Kevin Mier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mike Clinton in the 71st minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mauro Llanez got free with Cristopher Herndon in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 84 minutes into the match, Mike Clinton notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Carpasús FC - FDC's Kevin Mier. Kevin Mier was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd rose to their feet as Carpasús FC - FDC's Mauro Llanez slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Cristopher Herndon. That made the score 1-1 after 87 minutes of play. Mauro Llanez scored 1-2 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cristopher Herndon, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Inmortales FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Carpasús FC - FDC's performance. The match ended with a win for Carpasús FC - FDC.
