Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ernst Cakir got the match started through his kick off. After 10 minutes of play, ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ's Ernst Cakir made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mané Quirino was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 15thth minute of the game Osmar de Moraes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ's Herbert Good was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 16 minutes into the match, Goiás Esporte Clube's Edgard Cabral sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Herbert Good narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Edgard Cabral scored 1-1 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Herbert Good, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Edgard Cabral's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Herbert Good read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. 22 minutes into the match, ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ's goalkeeper Herbert Good had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edgard Cabral. In the 28th match minute, Goiás Esporte Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgard Cabral to maneuver through the defense. Mané Quirino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eddy Moser, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 34 minutes in the game Mike Oehri did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Bernd Heid. Nilmar Secco hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Goiás Esporte Clube's Mané Quirino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernst Cakir in the 35th minute of play. It was a well-played corner which Bernd Heid managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Roland Hilbe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Herbert Good showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgard Cabral in the 40th minute of the match. In the 45th minute, Edgard Cabral hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edgard Cabral stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Sebastian Casutt got a throw-in 53 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Roland Hilbe. If Edgard Cabral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 57th minute, Noah Amadeo Rahel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 66 minutes into the match, ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ's goal looked a bit too open when Christian Carioca came free, but Herbert Good reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ernst Cakir recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Roland Hilbe hit a great ball. In the 78th match minute, ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Julien Marxer to maneuver through the defense. In the 79th minute of the match Rafa Pinho sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Herbert Good skillfully saved the ball. Mané Quirino made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Ernst Cakir sent off a good shot on target. After some careless play in the ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ defense, Edgard Cabral kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Herbert Good. The ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Herbert Good should have stopped the shot.
