Victorino Diaz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rogelio Confesor in the 14th minute. In the 16th minute Dalmacio Manuelo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Miro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A hard shot 17 in the game by Rogelio Confesor from a close distance when the talented Victorino Diaz managed to make a qualified save. Ψ virgen Ψ's players were relieved. Herminio Gaizko's late challenge caught a Ψ virgen Ψ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Herminio Gaizko helped the player get up and apologised. Herminio Gaizko hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. In the 21stth minute of the game Rogelio Confesor who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ψ virgen Ψ's Victorino Diaz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Hristo Stoichkov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, Rogelio Confesor put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Victorino Diaz. Rogelio Confesor's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Victorino Diaz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. When Paolo Txindoki fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ψ virgen Ψ's protests and gave Paolo Txindoki a yellow card for diving instead. In the 43rd minute, Paolo Txindoki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rogelio Confesor struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Victorino Diaz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ripa FC. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Paolo Txindoki made a kick off. Victorino Diaz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rogelio Confesor in the 53rd minute of the match. In the 58th match minute, Ψ virgen Ψ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Blas Gaizkine to maneuver through the defense. In the 59th minute Anselmo Atarrabi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victorino Diaz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Victorino Diaz came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Ripa FC's Rogelio Confesor. But to his dismay, Rogelio Confesor quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Baldomero Lobo's late challenge caught a Ripa FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Baldomero Lobo helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Ψ virgen Ψ's Baldomero Lobo got a free kick in the 94th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Ψ virgen Ψ's zone, Hristo Stoichkov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Victorino Diaz came out of the goal and Hristo Stoichkov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 96 minutes of play Ψ virgen Ψ's Paolo Txindoki was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Ripa FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
