After a rather tough play, Broom of the System DA13's Arturo Cinque got a free kick in the 15th minute. In the 16th minute of the match Luisão Silveira shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ercole Giordano showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leonardo Magalhães in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ercole Giordano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some careless play in the Broom of the System DA13 defense, Cristiano Marquez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ercole Giordano. The Broom of the System DA13 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ercole Giordano should have stopped the shot. Jenipapo SC's Kaká Lopes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alvaro Mastrangelo in the 22nd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Leonardo Magalhães's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ercole Giordano was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. Bianco Iachini could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Kaká Lopes made a huge save. With a left leg Ercole Giordano saved Broom of the System DA13 from getting behind. 37 minutes into the match, Broom of the System DA13's goal looked a bit too open when Cristiano Marquez came free, but Ercole Giordano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 37 minutes, Cesare Aquilino mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Broom of the System DA13 and the Jenipapo SC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Luisão Silveira took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 38th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ercole Giordano. Broom of the System DA13's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Ercole Giordano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonardo Magalhães in the 43rd minute of play. In the 44th minute, Cesare Aquilino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cristiano Marquez struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Ercole Giordano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jenipapo SC. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leonardo Magalhães stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Luan Vale dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ercole Giordano, 1-3. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leonardo Magalhães in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ercole Giordano saved Broom of the System DA13 from getting behind. Leonardo Magalhães who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 62ndth minute tested the skills of Ercole Giordano when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 62ndth minute of the game Leonardo Magalhães who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Broom of the System DA13's Ercole Giordano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Leonardo Magalhãess short, quick shot in the 66thth minute got Ercole Giordano to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Ercole Giordano stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leonardo Magalhães's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. Leonardo Magalhães who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 71stth minute tested the skills of Ercole Giordano when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Luan Vale could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Ercole Giordano made a huge save. Alvaro Mastrangelo kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Kaká Lopes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alvaro Mastrangelo in the 76th minute of the match. After 76 played minutes Broom of the System DA13 got a freekick which was hit by Alvaro Mastrangelo. Luan Vale fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ercole Giordano having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Leonardo Magalhães's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ercole Giordano was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. Leonardo Magalhãess short, quick shot in the 90thth minute got Ercole Giordano to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Broom of the System DA13's Bianco Iachini got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Through an outstanding action, after 97 minutes, Ercole Giordano successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The Broom of the System DA13 supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Jenipapo SC's performance. The match ended with a win for Jenipapo SC.
