Mellington Aniego hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Miguel-Angel Merentiel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mellington Aniego kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. 14 minutes into the game, Defensores de Lombroso's Diego Latorre nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Paúl Bardeci made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Paúl Bardeci made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Arsenio Eudoxio sent off a good shot on target. After 24 minutes, Santiago Hunfredo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Defensores de Lombroso and the Taltum FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Defensores de Lombroso's Santiago Hunfredo got a free kick in the 24th minute. With a little luck, Taltum FC's Paúl Bardeci got control of the ball when Jacobo Avellaneda tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 30th minute, Arsenio Eudoxio reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Paúl Bardeci. The goal made the score 3-0. 33 minutes into the game, Fabio Rallo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Taltum FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Defensores de Lombroso the free kick. With splendid footwork Arsenio Eudoxio arrived in front of goal to shoot 4-0 by the left pole in the game's 34th minute. When Diaz Ayo fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Taltum FC's protests and gave Diaz Ayo a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Taltum FC's Diaz Ayo got a free kick in the 37th minute. Paúl Bardeci showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arsenio Eudoxio, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Arsenio Eudoxio took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Paúl Bardeci. Paúl Bardeci dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Celso Janpier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabio Rallo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fang Yue Ling kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gonzalo Canton was the one to do the kick off. Celso Janpier made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Fabio Rallo sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Xinaro Cerdeira during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Xinaro Cerdeira kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Defensores de Lombroso's Domingos Cedro was substituted for Diego Latorre. A collision led to Taltum FC getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Xinaro Cerdeira hit a great ball. Xinaro Cerdeira got his second yellow card in the match during the 76th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The supporters of Defensores de Lombroso booed when Taltum FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xinaro Cerdeira didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 78th minute of the match Jacobo Avellaneda shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Paúl Bardeci showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 83 minutes into the match, Domingos Cedro notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Taltum FC's Paúl Bardeci. Paúl Bardeci was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mellington Aniego kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. After 89 played minutes, Defensores de Lombroso's Jacobo Avellaneda shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Paúl Bardeci came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Defensores de Lombroso reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel-Angel Merentiel in the 90th minute of play forced Taltum FC's goalkeeper Paúl Bardeci to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fabio Rallo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celso Janpier having to interfere. In the 94th minute Domingos Cedro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paúl Bardeci saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Defensores de Lombroso players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
