In the 16th minute, Lyle Macias got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Lyle Macias managed to get in a good position for a shot. But to his dismay, Cameron Bliss quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by 魏义城 in the 32nd minute of play forced Racing Miami Futbol Club's goalkeeper Franco Di Giambattista to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 34 minutes into the game, Cameron Bliss cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. 陆正星 was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 周铮光 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Franco Di Giambattista tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Lyle Macias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Lyle Macias's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but 陆正星 read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. 魏义城 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Franco Di Giambattista tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Racing Miami Futbol Club's Denny Godwin was substituted for Willie Vogt. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

Genaro Cassidy blasted a shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without 陆正星 having to make a save. 陆正星 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Genaro Cassidy in the 70th minute of play. 陆正星 made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Melvin Slater sent off a good shot on target. Racing Miami Futbol Club's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
