Strib Galacticos IF's Johannes Stenberdt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christijan Oss in the 5th minute of play. Johannes Stenberdt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christijan Oss in the 6th minute of play. After 6 played minutes Decathlon Dudes got a freekick which was hit by Olav Kooij. Mathieu Van de Poel kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. In the 14th minute Thorstein Loller shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dirk-Jan van Bronckhorst saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 15 minutes into the match, Strib Galacticos IF's goalkeeper Johannes Stenberdt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Christijan Oss. A collision led to Strib Galacticos IF getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Sonni Engklint hit a great ball. In the 26th minute, Mads Pedersen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Decathlon Dudes booed when Strib Galacticos IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bobbi Mejnholt didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mathieu Van de Poel hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. In the 33rd match minute, Strib Galacticos IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thorstein Loller to maneuver through the defense. Daniel Wilkenfeldt took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dirk-Jan van Bronckhorst. Dirk-Jan van Bronckhorst dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 38th match minute, Decathlon Dudes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mathieu Van de Poel to maneuver through the defense. Thorstein Loller fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dirk-Jan van Bronckhorst having to interfere. Johannes Stenberdt made an important save on a dangerous shot by Roelof Zeevenhoven in the 44th minute. In the 45th match minute, Strib Galacticos IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teis Bager to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Decathlon Dudes booed when Strib Galacticos IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thorstein Loller didn't get a good kick on the ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Christijan Oss made a kick off. Johannes Stenberdt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roelof Zeevenhoven, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Johannes Stenberdt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christijan Oss in the 54th minute of the match. In the 62nd minute Roelof Zeevenhoven shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Johannes Stenberdt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roelof Zeevenhoven in the 63rd minute of play forced Strib Galacticos IF's goalkeeper Johannes Stenberdt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roelof Zeevenhoven scored 1-2 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Johannes Stenberdt, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Strib Galacticos IF getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Sonni Engklint hit a great ball. Johannes Stenberdt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christijan Oss in the 75th minute of the match. When Olav Kooij fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Decathlon Dudes's protests and gave Olav Kooij a yellow card for diving instead. In the 80th minute, Carlo Moek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thorstein Loller hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. The Decathlon Dudes supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Strib Galacticos IF's performance. The match ended with a win for Strib Galacticos IF.
