Wlodzimierz Fleszar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enzo Francescoli, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. When Karol Dombroski fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Grasshoppers Klucze's protests and gave Karol Dombroski a yellow card for diving instead. When Thorstein Loller fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. Enzo Francescoli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Teobald Snaza charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Teobald Snaza the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Sylwester Ziemniak kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Sonni Engklint struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Wlodzimierz Fleszar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Strib Galacticos IF. 20 minutes into the game, Enzo Francescoli cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Wlodzimierz Fleszar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enzo Francescoli in the 23rd minute of play forced Grasshoppers Klucze's goalkeeper Wlodzimierz Fleszar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Strib Galacticos IF's Johannes Stenberdt got control of the ball when Karol Dombroski tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 30th minute of the match Grasshoppers Klucze got a corner. Strib Galacticos IF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Sylwester Ziemniak ran over to the corner to take the kick. Grasshoppers Klucze's Bogdan Rywin was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Johannes Stenberdt in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Wlodzimierz Fleszar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thorstein Loller, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 34th minute, Bobbi Mejnholt ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wlodzimierz Fleszar was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Wlodzimierz Fleszar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Enzo Francescoli went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bogdan Rywin made a kick off. When Thorstein Loller came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Strib Galacticos IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Thorstein Loller couldn't finish the play. Strib Galacticos IF's Johannes Stenberdt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karol Dombroski in the 55th minute of play. Wlodzimierz Fleszar came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Strib Galacticos IF's Thorstein Loller. But to his dismay, Thorstein Loller quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. When Edward Luty fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Grasshoppers Klucze's protests and gave Edward Luty a yellow card for diving instead. Johannes Stenberdt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bogdan Rywin, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. In the 64th minute Thorstein Loller shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wlodzimierz Fleszar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Enzo Francescoli kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Wlodzimierz Fleszar. That made the score 0-5 in the 66 minute of play. Sylwester Ziemniak hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. After having played for 70 minutes, Thorlejf Hestbek managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Strib Galacticos IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Thorlejf Hestbek was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bobbi Mejnholt hit a great ball. Halfdan Hornegaard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Wlodzimierz Fleszar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 85 minutes into the match, Bogdan Rywin notched a goal, 1-5, to the right of Strib Galacticos IF's Johannes Stenberdt. Johannes Stenberdt was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Wlodzimierz Fleszar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Halfdan Hornegaard in the 88th minute. Wlodzimierz Fleszar made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Thorstein Loller sent off a good shot on target. In the 93rd minute, Tejs Varias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Strib Galacticos IF supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Strib Galacticos IF would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
