Spectators: 52 (Terracing: 39, Seating: 12, VIP seats: 1) Unidad de Matanza's Reynaldo Rios started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Biagio Di Matteo kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Guaberto Henric sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 12 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Supremacy Catania FC! In the 21st minute Segundo Delfino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emiliano Bassani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emiliano Bassani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gervasio Galo in the 23rd minute of play. 24 minutes into the game, Segundo Delfino cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Emiliano Bassani was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Reynaldo Rios scored 3-0 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Emiliano Bassani, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 32 minutes into the match, Reynaldo Rios dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Emiliano Bassani, 4-0. Diego Arioli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With an all-out effort, Unidad de Matanza's Emiliano Bassani threw himself towards the right post 41 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gervasio Galo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 41 minutes, Diego Arioli mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Supremacy Catania FC and the Unidad de Matanza players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Supremacy Catania FC's Diego Arioli got a free kick in the 42nd minute. If Diego Arioli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aldo Paganelli kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. A collision led to Unidad de Matanza getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Guaberto Henric hit a great ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Biagio Di Matteo to make the kick off. Unidad de Matanza's Gervasio Galo got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 52 minutes into the match, Supremacy Catania FC's goal looked a bit too open when Reynaldo Rios came free, but Emiliano Bassani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 53rd minute, Aurelio Pari hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 54th minute of the match Elvio Urtungo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Emiliano Bassani showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 60 minutes into the game, Gervasio Galo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Unidad de Matanza's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Supremacy Catania FC the free kick. In the 60th minute, Gervasio Galo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. During the 62nd minute of the match Diego Arioli completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Diego Arioli a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of Unidad de Matanza booed when Supremacy Catania FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diego Arioli didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Unidad de Matanza's Segundo Delfino got a free kick in the 71st minute. In the 73rd minute, Segundo Delfino made a precise shot to the right of Emiliano Bassani. Supremacy Catania FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. Emiliano Bassani came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Unidad de Matanza's Gervasio Galo. But to his dismay, Gervasio Galo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. Segundo Delfino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Emiliano Bassani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Octavio Raymond made an important save on a dangerous shot by Florian Bergomi in the 85th minute. Emiliano Bassani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luciano Elivareo, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. After a rather tough play, Supremacy Catania FC's Florian Bergomi got a free kick in the 94th minute. After some careless play in the Supremacy Catania FC defense, Segundo Delfino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Emiliano Bassani. The Supremacy Catania FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Emiliano Bassani should have stopped the shot. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Unidad de Matanza fully deserved thier win.
