Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Reynaldo Rios took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicolau Soeiro in the 4th minute of play forced Unidad de Matanza's goalkeeper Octavio Raymond to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Matias Lidon hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Despot Majetić's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Octavio Raymond read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. If Nicolau Soeiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 17 minutes into the game, Luciano Elivareo threw the ball into play from the sideline. Gremio Viana's Aparício Taborda quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Unidad de Matanza's Octavio Raymond played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicolau Soeiro in the 19th minute of play. Matias Lidon got a throw-in 22 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Gervasio Galo. Octavio Raymond stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nicolau Soeiro's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. 39 minutes into the match, Gremio Viana's goal looked a bit too open when Segundo Delfino came free, but Hilário Borba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nicolau Soeiro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Octavio Raymond read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play.

The wind increased when Nicolau Soeiro made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, Despot Majetić was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gremio Viana's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Unidad de Matanza the free kick. In the 51st match minute, Gremio Viana was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Despot Majetić to maneuver through the defense. When Reynaldo Rios fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Unidad de Matanza's protests and gave Reynaldo Rios a yellow card for diving instead. Gremio Viana's Hilário Borba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Segundo Delfino in the 53rd minute of play. Christian Ioritz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Emanuel Bakar kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Unidad de Matanza's Octavio Raymond played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Salvador Resende in the 58th minute of play. Hilário Borba stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Reynaldo Rios's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nicolau Soeiro in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Octavio Raymond saved Unidad de Matanza from getting behind. Nicolau Soeiro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Octavio Raymond read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. Octavio Raymond was out of position in the 78 minute of play, and Nicolau Soeiro capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Nicolau Soeiro really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. Unidad de Matanza's Octavio Raymond played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicolau Soeiro in the 85th minute of play. When Nicolau Soeiro came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Gremio Viana fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nicolau Soeiro couldn't finish the play. Nicolau Soeiro in the 94thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Octavio Raymond, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Gremio Viana walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
