After 13 minutes, Calle Gustavsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Annedal FC and the Diamante Negro DK - VV players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Annedal FC's Calle Gustavsson got a free kick in the 13th minute. After some careless play in the Annedal FC defense, Olívio Castro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jerry Felin. The Annedal FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jerry Felin should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Annedal FC's Stig-Ove Kämpe got a free kick in the 21st minute. Per-Olof Söderqwist charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Per-Olof Söderqwist the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 23rd minute of the match Alexsandro Garcia shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jerry Felin showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Jerry Felin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomé Prestes in the 28th minute of the match. Jerry Felin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oscar Ortiz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Torsten Ahlén to strike the kick off in the second half. Alexandre Tepedino hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Annedal FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Diamante Negro DK - VV the free kick. After 62 played minutes Annedal FC got a freekick which was hit by Robert Ekblom. In the 64th match minute, Diamante Negro DK - VV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Geovani Leal to maneuver through the defense. Annedal FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Åke Gunnarsson in the 67th minute. The corner led to Annedal FC's Niklas Jonsson getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Annedal FC's Sven-Arne Grubb was substituted for Per-Olof Söderqwist. Sven-Arne Grubb fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Caco Mattos having to interfere. Oscar Ortiz received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jerry Felin came out and tried to block the shot, but Oscar Ortiz slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 76th minute. Torsten Ahlén might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Caco Mattos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Torsten Ahlén ran back to his position shaking his head. Oscar Ortiz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Jerry Felin made a huge save. 84 minutes into the match, Torsten Ahlén notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Diamante Negro DK - VV's Caco Mattos. Caco Mattos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Diamante Negro DK - VV's Caco Mattos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niklas Jonsson in the 90th minute of play. Annedal FC's Torsten Ahlén has a good shot, but didn't show it this time. The shot went over the crossbar in the 92nd minute. Caco Mattos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Torsten Ahlén in the 94th minute of the match. Annedal FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
