After a rather tough play, Diamante Negro DK - VV's Olívio Castro got a free kick in the 8th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Javier Rosario got free with Caco Mattos in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 22 minutes into the match, Diamante Negro DK - VV's goalkeeper Caco Mattos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dante Txema. Caco Mattos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Timoteo Pero in the 26th minute of play. Gervasio Sazon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olívio Castro in the 33rd minute of play. In the 35th play minute Victorino Primo came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Caco Mattos. 1-0. With a little luck, Diamante Negro DK - VV's Caco Mattos got control of the ball when Cesar Lop tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 40th minute, ORIZABA F.C.'s Ambrosio Isias ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Caco Mattos. Caco Mattos yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Caco Mattos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Timoteo Pero in the 44th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as ORIZABA F.C.'s Victorino Primo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Caco Mattos. That made the score 3-0 after 47 minutes of play.

After 52 played minutes ORIZABA F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Godofredo Malvin. 53 minutes into the game, Olívio Castro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Diamante Negro DK - VV's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ORIZABA F.C. the free kick. Olívio Castro kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Dante Txema's late challenge caught a Diamante Negro DK - VV's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dante Txema helped the player get up and apologised. Dante Txema hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. In the 61st minute, Breno Nascimento made a precise shot to the right of Gervasio Sazon. ORIZABA F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. After some careless play in the Diamante Negro DK - VV defense, Victorino Primo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Caco Mattos. The Diamante Negro DK - VV fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Caco Mattos should have stopped the shot. During the 72nd minute of the match Olívio Castro completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Olívio Castro a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Olívio Castro kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. 85 minutes into the game, Javier Rosario cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-1. Caco Mattos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Caco Mattos didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when ORIZABA F.C.'s Victorino Primo shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 7-1 in the ordered_time% minute. After 96 minutes, Ambrosio Isias mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ORIZABA F.C. and the Diamante Negro DK - VV players grew even worse after the yellow card. Diamante Negro DK - VV's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Victorino Primo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-1. ORIZABA F.C. walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
