Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Ciro Frisco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Javier Rosario in the 3rd minute of the match. Ciro Frisco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dante Txema, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 10 minutes into the match, Javier Rosario had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ciro Frisco. Guansa's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Javier Rosario was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. 14 minutes into the game, Victorino Primo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ORIZABA F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Guansa the free kick. After 14 played minutes ORIZABA F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Victorino Primo. After a rather tough play, ORIZABA F.C.'s Dante Txema got a free kick in the 17th minute. Christian Inocente sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Braulio Erasto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciro Frisco having to interfere. Braulio Vachon's late challenge caught a ORIZABA F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Braulio Vachon helped the player get up and apologised. After 28 played minutes Guansa got a freekick which was hit by Braulio Vachon. Victorino Primo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ciro Frisco came out and tried to block the shot, but Victorino Primo slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 34th minute. Ciro Frisco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victorino Primo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ciro Frisco made an important save on a dangerous shot by Victorino Primo in the 45th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

After a rather tough play, ORIZABA F.C.'s Victorino Primo got a free kick in the 52nd minute. A collision led to ORIZABA F.C. getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Cesar Lop hit a great ball. ORIZABA F.C.'s Gervasio Sazon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save ORIZABA F.C. from getting a goal against them. Gervasio Sazon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Christian Inocente in the 59th minute. Braulio Vachon hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Ciro Frisco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Timoteo Pero, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. When Braulio Vachon was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 61 minutes had been played. After 62 played minutes Guansa got a freekick which was hit by Braulio Vachon. Gervasio Sazon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bartolo Oto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Javier Rosario received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Ciro Frisco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Timoteo Pero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Timoteo Pero came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the ORIZABA F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Timoteo Pero couldn't finish the play. Ciro Frisco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Javier Rosario in the 73rd minute of play. In the 75th minute, Christian Inocente hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 78th minute, Christian Inocente ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gervasio Sazon was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. After a rather tough play, Guansa's Bartolo Oto got a free kick in the 84th minute. ORIZABA F.C.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 89th minute, when Bartolo Oto scored to the left of an out of position Gervasio Sazon, making the score, 2-2. In the 92nd minute Javier Rosario shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciro Frisco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ORIZABA F.C. were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
