Red Dragon FC - DMZ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hertha 1969 the free kick. After 34 played minutes Hertha 1969 got a freekick which was hit by Dante Jakob. A collision led to Hertha 1969 getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Jörn Achleitner hit a great ball. In the 39th minute, José Maria Teixeira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when José Maria Teixeira stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Red Dragon FC - DMZ's Vito de Carvalho slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Erich Pietta. That made the score 1-1 after 53 minutes of play. After some careless play in the Red Dragon FC - DMZ defense, Adam Jäckel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Leonardo Trancoso. The Red Dragon FC - DMZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leonardo Trancoso should have stopped the shot. Leonardo Trancoso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adam Jäckel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Adam Jäckel came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Hertha 1969 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adam Jäckel couldn't finish the play. 96 minutes into the match, Red Dragon FC - DMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Adam Jäckel came free, but Leonardo Trancoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 96 minutes into the game, Hertha 1969's Adam Jäckel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leonardo Trancoso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-2. When the referee ended the match the Hertha 1969 players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
