A collision led to Prasert Genius getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. 李翔鹰 hit a great ball. 4 minutes into the match, Prasert Genius's goal looked a bit too open when Mark Stripf came free, but 巩枫竞 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 11 minutes into the game, Mark Stripf cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. 巩枫竞 was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Mark Stripf succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 14th playminute. 巩枫竞 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mark Stripf in the 17th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Mathieu Tippelt kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving 巩枫竞. That made the score 3-0 in the 19 minute of play. After some careless play in the Prasert Genius defense, Mathieu Tippelt kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of 巩枫竞. The Prasert Genius fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that 巩枫竞 should have stopped the shot. Erich Pietta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 尤然竞, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 34 minutes into the match, 武霆潮 notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Hertha 1969's Erich Pietta. Erich Pietta was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Adam Jäckel received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. 巩枫竞 came out and tried to block the shot, but Adam Jäckel slotted it home off the left post making it 5-1 in the 38th minute. 巩枫竞 was out of position in the 41 minute of play, and Adam Jäckel capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Adam Jäckel really showed his touch with that goal: 6-1. Boppo Obert charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Boppo Obert the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Boppo Obert hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Dante Jakob hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. 方渊建's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Erich Pietta read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. If Mathieu Tippelt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Prasert Genius getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. 尤然竞 hit a great ball. In the 78th minute, Adam Jäckel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hertha 1969 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-1. When the match had gone on for 81 minutes, Adam Jäckel put it in 9-1 from a short distance just to the right of 巩枫竞. 巩枫竞 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adam Jäckel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When 宋冰桦 fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Prasert Genius's protests and gave 宋冰桦 a yellow card for diving instead.
