The supporters of Purple Talents booed when Plan B was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. John Högman didn't get a good kick on the ball. 9 minutes into the match, Purple Talents's Diego Goos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Leif Västberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Purple Talents booed when Plan B was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ingvar Pihlblad didn't get a good kick on the ball. 20 minutes into the match, Plan B's goal looked a bit too open when Diego Goos came free, but Leif Västberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leif Västberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Diego Goos, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Purple Talents's defense didn't have a chance, in the 25th minute, when Folke Flink scored to the left of an out of position Iker Carabajal, making the score, 1-0. Diego Weets kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Leif Västberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diego Goos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Folke Flink got free with Iker Carabajal in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Plan B's Mike Mills got a free kick in the 45th minute. Plan B's Leif Västberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diego Goos in the 47th minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Iker Carabajal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arturo Sandoval in the 58th minute of play. In the 60th match minute, Plan B was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by John Högman to maneuver through the defense. In the 62nd minute Diego Goos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leif Västberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Plan B's Mike Mills got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Plan B's Leif Västberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diego Goos in the 66th minute of play. Purple Talents's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Donato Azevedo in the 67th minute. Diego Goos took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leif Västberg. Leif Västberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. After 84 played minutes Purple Talents got a freekick which was hit by Jozef van Elderen. Diego Goos who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 87thth minute tested the skills of Leif Västberg when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Iker Carabajal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Folke Flink in the 88th minute of the match. After 94 played minutes Purple Talents got a freekick which was hit by Diego Goos. When the final whistle sounded Purple Talents left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Plan B.
