An unexpectedly hard shot by Petru Tărău in the 3rd minute of play forced MZ Fénix's goalkeeper Zarco Bandeira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. MZ Fénix were furious when Normando Maltez was red carded, 5 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 5 minutes into the game, one of MZ Fénix:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Nuno Cruz kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. In the 8th minute of the match Niculae Boltașu sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Zarco Bandeira skillfully saved the ball. The supporters of A4p FC Gad booed when MZ Fénix was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diamantino Santarém didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 12th minute, Codrin Dragalina left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The A4p FC Gad fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Zarco Bandeira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matei Filipoiu in the 15th minute of play. Zarco Bandeira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Petru Tărău in the 17th minute of the match. In the 18th minute Petru Tărău shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zarco Bandeira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zarco Bandeira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felix Grigoroiu in the 19th minute of play. Zarco Bandeira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Codrin Dragalina went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Zarco Bandeira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matei Filipoiu, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nuno Cruz got free with Olimpiu Târlea in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 34 played minutes MZ Fénix got a freekick which was hit by Diamantino Santarém. Luca Penaru kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Olimpiu Târlea acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 40th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Vicente Domingues. The supporters of A4p FC Gad booed when MZ Fénix was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patrício Amaral didn't get a good kick on the ball. The supporters of MZ Fénix booed when A4p FC Gad was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luca Penaru didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 47 played minutes A4p FC Gad got a freekick which was hit by Matei Filipoiu. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

A sloppy throw-in by Matei Filipoiu in the 54th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by MZ Fénix's Noel Castilho. After 64 played minutes MZ Fénix got a freekick which was hit by Diamantino Santarém. A4p FC Gad made a substitution. Lucrețiu Nastac replaced Nechifor Sorin. In the 65th match minute, MZ Fénix was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diamantino Santarém to maneuver through the defense. When Diamantino Santarém fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored MZ Fénix's protests and gave Diamantino Santarém a yellow card for diving instead. Diamantino Santarém hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Zarco Bandeira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Petru Tărău in the 70th minute of play. In the 71st match minute, MZ Fénix was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wilson Pestana to maneuver through the defense. 73 minutes into the match, Petru Tărău notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of MZ Fénix's Zarco Bandeira. Zarco Bandeira was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Zarco Bandeira made an important save on a dangerous shot by Felix Grigoroiu in the 76th minute. In the 80th minute, Codrin Dragalina left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The A4p FC Gad fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Noel Tinoco's late challenge caught a A4p FC Gad's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Noel Tinoco helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, MZ Fénix's Noel Tinoco got a free kick in the 94th minute. In the 95thth minute of the game Petru Tărău who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but MZ Fénix's Zarco Bandeira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The A4p FC Gad players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
