Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Peder Gernberg started the match with the kick off. Åke Ömans short, quick shot in the 2ndth minute got Resul Yalın to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 12th minute, John Eckegren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peder Gernberg in the 14th minute of play forced Gold Raiders FC's goalkeeper Resul Yalın to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Gold Raiders FC's Ahmet Hasan Tanju got a free kick in the 16th minute. The audience was convinced that Ahmet Hasan Tanju's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joel Tolsson was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. The corner led BK Värdsholmen's Roy Hamberg to fire away a dangerous shot which Resul Yalın despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 29th minute Ahmet Hasan Tanju shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joel Tolsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Gold Raiders FC booed when BK Värdsholmen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven Häger didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Güven Birsan during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. BK Värdsholmen made a substitution. Bo-Erik Grelsson replaced Håkan Eklund. Güven Birsan hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. 41 minutes into the match, Bo-Erik Grelsson notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Gold Raiders FC's Resul Yalın. Resul Yalın was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Resul Yalın made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Bo-Erik Grelsson sent off a good shot on target. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Faruk Ceyhan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Peder Gernberg came up free with the goalie in the 50th minute, the BK Värdsholmen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Peder Gernberg couldn't finish the play. Resul Yalın showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bo-Erik Grelsson in the 54th minute of the match. Bo-Erik Grelsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Resul Yalın took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bo-Erik Grelsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 63 minutes, John Eckegren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BK Värdsholmen's supporters crossed their fingers, but John Eckegren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Peder Gernberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 74th minute, Roger Norberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 79 minutes into the game, Roy Hamberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. BK Värdsholmen's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gold Raiders FC the free kick. If Atabek Abide had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Resul Yalın stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Peder Gernberg's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. The supporters of BK Värdsholmen booed when Gold Raiders FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ahmet Hasan Tanju didn't get a good kick on the ball. Joel Tolsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Faruk Ceyhan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The BK Värdsholmen fans cheered their team off the field, for while Gold Raiders FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
