Gigio Buffon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zeledon Enol in the 20th minute of play. Martin Escobar kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Jan-Erik Tunberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Honorio Laffitte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Honorio Laffitte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan-Erik Tunberg in the 29th minute of the match. 30 minutes into the game, Isac Wållander cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Honorio Laffitte was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The Club Atletico Juanita fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Honorio Laffitte should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Zeledon Enol managed to get in a good position for a shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Jan-Erik Tunberg kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Honorio Laffitte. That made the score 0-9 in the 95 minute of play.
