Club Almirante Brown's Oscar Abascal quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guido Bautista in the 13th minute of play forced Qikiqtarjuaq FC's goalkeeper Jason Achin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 16th match minute, Qikiqtarjuaq FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Earl Croteau to maneuver through the defense. After 19 minutes of play, Club Almirante Brown's Guido Bautista made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jason Achin was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mario Dostie in the 23rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Aldo Colon, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Guido Bautista in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jason Achin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Guido Bautista had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jason Achin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guido Bautista in the 35th minute of the match. 38 minutes into the match, Club Almirante Brown's goalkeeper Aldo Colon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jewel Coats. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Aristides Rayman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Almirante Brown's supporters rose to their feet, but Aristides Rayman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jason Achin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 42 minutes into the game, Guido Bautista was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Almirante Brown's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Qikiqtarjuaq FC the free kick. In the 42nd minute, Guido Bautista hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aristides Rayman was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Qikiqtarjuaq FC's zone, Guido Bautista stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jason Achin came out of the goal and Guido Bautista tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Qikiqtarjuaq FC's Jason Achin got control of the ball when Guido Bautista tried to sneak it across the goal line. Earl Croteau hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. In the 67th match minute, Club Almirante Brown was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guido Bautista to maneuver through the defense. 70 minutes into the game, Reginald Dickerson threw the ball into play from the sideline. Club Almirante Brown's Americo Duardo quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The audience thought a goal was coming when Guido Bautista got free with Jason Achin in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 76th minute Club Almirante Brown were awarded a corner. Tomás Etxepare went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Club Almirante Brown's corner Tomás Etxepare fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jason Achin quite easily take care of the ball. Jason Achin made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Aristides Rayman sent off a good shot on target. Aldo Colon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bruce Morin in the 83rd minute of the match. A hard shot 90 in the game by Guido Bautista from a close distance when the talented Jason Achin managed to make a qualified save. Qikiqtarjuaq FC's players were relieved. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Club Almirante Brown walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
