Ellis Hudson started the match with the kick off. Kjetil Hellevik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ellis Hudson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of I love u Messi booed when Gædd FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Geir-Inge Unhjem didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Bart Renaud fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored I love u Messi's protests and gave Bart Renaud a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, I love u Messi's Bart Renaud got a free kick in the 8th minute. With his leg Pierre Patrick managed to avoid a goal in the 10thth minute, when Gædd FK's Halvdan Osland fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Kjetil Hellevik came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by I love u Messi's Timothy Robert. But to his dismay, Timothy Robert quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 28 minutes into the game, Magnus Gerhardsen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gædd FK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave I love u Messi the free kick. After 28 played minutes Gædd FK got a freekick which was hit by Magnus Gerhardsen. In the 31st minute, Andreas Berglund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Timothy Robert blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kjetil Hellevik having to make a save. Kjetil Hellevik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Timothy Robert in the 35th minute of play. Pierre Patrick showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kjartan Kroken in the 39th minute of the match. In the 40th minute, Halvdan Osland made a precise shot to the right of Pierre Patrick. I love u Messi's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. With a little luck, I love u Messi's Pierre Patrick got control of the ball when Halvdan Osland tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kjetil Hellevik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ellis Hudson in the 47th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kjartan Kroken made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Kjartan Kroken managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gædd FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Kjartan Kroken was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pierre Patrick breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 58th minute, Edvin Bredesen made a precise shot to the right of Pierre Patrick. I love u Messi's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. 63 minutes into the match, I love u Messi's goal looked a bit too open when Magnus Gerhardsen came free, but Pierre Patrick reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, I love u Messi's Wilfredo Piedalue got a free kick in the 66th minute. 68 minutes into the match, Edvin Bredesen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pierre Patrick. I love u Messi's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edvin Bredesen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. I love u Messi's Wilfredo Piedalue shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 72nd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Kjetil Hellevik but with some difficulty. 73 minutes into the match, Gædd FK's goalkeeper Kjetil Hellevik had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Timothy Robert. If Edvin Bredesen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 78 played minutes Gædd FK got a freekick which was hit by Geir-Inge Unhjem. Timothy Robert took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kjetil Hellevik. Kjetil Hellevik dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-3. Pierre Patrick showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Halvdan Osland, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. 83 minutes into the match, Gædd FK's goal looked a bit too open when Ellis Hudson came free, but Kjetil Hellevik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pierre Patrick showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kjartan Kroken in the 85th minute of the match. If Birant Tunçkılıç had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 92 played minutes Gædd FK got a freekick which was hit by Geir-Inge Unhjem. When the referee ended the match the Gædd FK players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
