Mexilhão F. C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SSV Ulm 1846 the free kick. Luisão Seco was a little too slow when Klemens Hugo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 11th minute. The score was now 2-0. Oskar Zimmert kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. With a little luck, Mexilhão F. C.'s Luisão Seco got control of the ball when Klemens Hugo tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 23rd minute, Matheus Botelho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Otfried Lintorf had several of the Mexilhão F. C.'s defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 28 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-0 score and a disappointed Luisão Seco as he didn't even see the shot coming. Mexilhão F. C.'s Luisão Seco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Otfried Lintorf in the 31st minute of play. SSV Ulm 1846's Alexander Strzelczyk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Almir Loureiro in the 33rd minute of play. Klemens Hugo struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Luisão Seco didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. Luisão Seco was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Florian Wirtz showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 5-0 in the 46 minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

In the 59th match minute, Mexilhão F. C.'s Eliézer Terra got a free kick in the 66th minute. 71 minutes into the match, SSV Ulm 1846's goalkeeper Alexander Strzelczyk had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jean de Moraes. 77 minutes into the match, Mexilhão F. C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Florian Wirtz came free, but Luisão Seco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 81 minutes into the match, Otfried Lintorf had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Luisão Seco. Mexilhão F. C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Otfried Lintorf was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. Otfried Lintorf scored 7-0 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luisão Seco, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 91stth minute of the game Klemens Hugo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mexilhão F. C.'s Luisão Seco was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 93 played minutes SSV Ulm 1846 got a freekick which was hit by Florian Wirtz. Alexander Strzelczyk made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when João Francisco Mendes sent off a good shot on target. 96 minutes into the game, Florian Wirtz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Luisão Seco was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. SSV Ulm 1846 walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
