Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Almir Loureiro started the match with the kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Mexilhão F. C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Gonçalo Rossi came free, but Luisão Seco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 8th minute, Ademar de Amorim left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Zemantauskas FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ademar de Amorim during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 12th match minute, Zemantauskas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ademar de Amorim to maneuver through the defense. Matheus Carneiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jean de Moraes in the 15th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, Almir Loureiro dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Matheus Carneiro, 1-1. Matheus Carneiro was a little too slow when Jean de Moraes got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 21st minute. The score was now 2-1. Gonçalo Rossi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ademar de Amorim struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Luisão Seco didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zemantauskas FC. Gonçalo Rossi scored 2-2 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luisão Seco, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Gonçalo Rossi fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Zemantauskas FC's protests and gave Gonçalo Rossi a yellow card for diving instead. In the 36th minute, Wanderson Paraíba hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luisão Seco came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Zemantauskas FC's Ademar de Amorim. But to his dismay, Ademar de Amorim quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. The supporters of Mexilhão F. C. booed when Zemantauskas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joaquim Mota didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luisão Seco stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ademar de Amorim's shot from short distance in the 47th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ademar de Amorim stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Zemantauskas FC defense, Almir Loureiro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Matheus Carneiro. The Zemantauskas FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Matheus Carneiro should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ademar de Amorim in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luisão Seco saved Mexilhão F. C. from getting behind. After 70 minutes of play, Mexilhão F. C.'s João Francisco Mendes made it 5-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Matheus Carneiro was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Joel de Senna fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Zemantauskas FC's protests and gave Joel de Senna a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Mexilhão F. C. booed when Zemantauskas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joel de Senna didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gonçalo Rossi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Matheus Carneiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliézer Terra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jean de Moraes in the 82nd minute of play forced Zemantauskas FC's goalkeeper Matheus Carneiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 91st minute, Matheus Botelho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 94 minutes into the match, Zemantauskas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jean de Moraes came free, but Matheus Carneiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zemantauskas FC's Matheus Carneiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jean de Moraes in the 96th minute of play. Mexilhão F. C.'s supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
